About the brand
Ekavya's yoga mat packaging turns it's unboxing into a quiet lesson of yoga, interpreting yoga as timeless through simple, guided details.
The project involved designing packaging with the final goal of
"unboxing indian culture".
My approach was to research & interpret the idea of yoga i.e. the mind-body connection itself into
the packaging as the first step.
The project took 4 weeks in total.

HEXAGONAL CAPS:
They surround the mat on both ends to protect them from tampering. The flat surfaces provide more space to provide essential information about yoga & it's origins.

Yoga literally means union, this idea is further translated into the form where the unlocking of the package leads to union of mind & body.

Ekavya's logomark takes form from the heart chakra’s twelve petals, with sunrays radiating outward into a vibrant gradient. Depth through beveling adds balance and seriousness.
